Synopsis:  A two story assisted living facility located in Collegeville, PA

Our Scope:

• Two stories of prefabricated load bearing walls
• Exterior and interior bearing walls
• Installation of exterior sheathing to include special board to achieve stringent fire ratings.
• Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, general contractor, truss supplier, interior framing contractor
• This project involved large openings for storefront style windows and the framer preferred longer panels to minimize the amount of picks. Shrock's team designed and fabricated rigid panels to allow this to happen effortlessly
