Synopsis: Cold-formed steel frames fabricated to be cast into Metromont Corporation’s M-Shell Concrete Wall Panels.

Our Scope:

• Over 72,000 square feet of cold-formed steel wall panels
• Exterior panels for façade framing
• Rivet holes drilled and reemed for connection to concrete panel
• Wall panel delivery sequence and delivery was of utmost importance. Not only did Shrock Engineering and Shrock Prefab have intensive scheduling requirements, but the precast facility located near Atlanta did as well. They needed to receive and handle panels in a specific order, orientation and at rapid speed.
