Synopsis: A new four story hotel In Millersburg OH

Our Scope:

• Approximately 3100 LF of prefabricated load bearing walls
• Exterior and interior bearing walls
• Installation of exterior sheathing
• Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, general contractor, joist supplier, interior framing contractor
• This project included an incredibly tight schedule. Shrock Engineering provided specialty engineering and completed the design simultaneously with the structural engineer of record, including coordination with the joist supplier. This allowed Shrock Prefab to rapidly fabricate the bearing walls and supply just-in-time for installation. The result is that erection of the four story building was completed in under three weeks.
