Synopsis: A three story assisted living facility located in West Chester, PA

Our Scope:

• Three stories of prefabricated load-bearing exterior and interior wall panels.
• Close coordination with truss design to ensure proper bearing
• Exterior sheathing (5/8" fiberglass faced board) preinstalled on panels
• Our design team worked closely with the other trades and truss designers to ensure that there were no clashes. When the panels arrived onsite they were installed quickly and with the confidence of proper preconstruction design.
