Synopsis:  A five story Assisted Living Facility located in Columbus OH

Our Scope: Five stories of prefabricated load bearing walls Exterior and interior bearing walls. Installation of exterior sheathing. Supply of supplemental and non-load-bearing CFS materials to the site Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, and the general contractor

Originally designed in wood, Shrock Prefab and Engineering took on the full conversion of this five story building to cold-formed steel. The building was unique on each story and presented the opportunity to overcome design challenges along the way. This was also a project in which the owner required a more turnkey approach. Shrock Prefab was able to provide a full CFS material supply package for this project to include the non-load b wall materials shipped loose to the site.
