 Synopsis:  Shrock Prefab provided the engineering, panel design, and prefabricated exterior and interior load-bearing wall panels for this 6-story residential complex

Our Scope:

• Fabricated and shipped approximately 6,910 LF of load bearing wall panels
• 6,885 SF of 5/8 Denselement sheathing
• 1,200 LF Brick relief plate
• 44,000 pounds of HSS columns and beams
• CFS engineering and shop fabrication drawings
• Coordination with the engineer of record, architect, sub-contractor, and the general contractor
