Synopsis: Shrock Prefab provided interior load-bearing and exterior non-load-bearing wall panels for an 11-story mixed-use facility

Our Scope :

• Fabricated and shipped over 16,000 LF of wall panels
• Installed over 41,000 SF National Gypsum 5/8" Goldbond EXP Sheathing
• Provided CFS fabrication drawings
• Installed 41,000 SF of Sto Gold Coat air and water-resistive membrane
• Coordination with the engineer of record, architect, sub-contractor, and the general contractor
