Synopsis: Shrock Prefab provided the engineering, panel design, and prefabricated of this custom home

Our Scope:

• Fabricated and assembled approximately 558 LF of load bearing wall panels
• Completed two complete house structures in our warehouse facility
• Installed HSS subframe, all walls, roof joist, exterior finished, window, roofing membrane.
• Interior insulation, wall finishes, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and FFE all done in Shrock warehouse.
• CFS engineering and shop fabrication drawings
• Coordination with the engineer of record, architect, sub-contractor, and the general contractor
