Synopsis: Prefabricated Exterior and Interior load-bearing and curtain wall panels for a 3-story assisted living

Our Scope :

• Built and shipped over 7100 LF of prefabricated wall panels
• Installed over 56,000 SF of National Gypsum 5/8" Gold Bond EXP sheathing.
• Provided CFS-engineered shop and wall fabrication drawings.
• Coordination with the engineer of record, architect, sub-contractor, and the general contractor.
