Our Scope:
- Provided sealed engineered installation (shop) drawings for all light gauge steel framing
- Built, and shipped 5,954 LF of prefabricated curtain, and bypass wall panels to the jobsite
- Installation of sheathing, liquid applied AVB, and insulation in all exterior closed cavities
- Installed 312 windows with flashing required for installation in the prefabricated wall panels
- Supplied wall panel fabrication drawings
- Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, and general contractor
